The Brief

Turner & Townsend approached us to plan, promote and facilitate a client event.

The Project

Our strategic and creative teams worked alongside Turner & Townsend to develop an event to showcase their portfolio of global projects – “Around the World In One Evening”.

Our teams developed a highly creative invitation (in the style of a passport), an online ‘check in’ portal and boarding passes to be presented by guests on arrival. The event featured food, drink and entertainment from around the world.

We even provided guests with the opportunity to have their picture taken alongside high profile Turner and Townsend construction projects, from all corners of the globe, through the use of Chroma key technology. Guests were presented with branded pictures as a souvenir of a great night.
